Services include Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) certification training, Quality Control Assessments, Corporate or Project-Specific Quality Control Plans, and construction quality control team implementation training.

Founded in 2014 by Stuart Perritt, the company name embodies our mission: working with people to achieve successful outcomes. We bring decades of experience as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer managing government facilities and contracts, and decades of experience working as a general contractor on government contracts. As a Virginia Class A General Contractor and Professional Engineer, we focus on ethical delivery of consulting services on a fiduciary basis.

The challenge is getting the best advice and services when and where they are needed most. Proposed solutions are tailored to fit the situation. Smaller contractors often need help the most but may not know the risks or have resources to retain professional consultants. We bridge that gap by offering a no-risk initial consultation and flexible terms. We offer consulting by the hour or a fixed fee for a well-defined task.
